The first system I built that had to work everywhere at once: web, wayfinding, and the mask on a doctor's face. I was the only designer in the building. Every decision was mine to own, including the ones I later changed.

Gia Dinh Eye · ENT · Dental Hospital
Walking into the hospital for the first time, I could feel the tension immediately: official, institutional, trying hard to project authority. Three new specialist departments were opening under one roof: eye, ENT and dental. Patients would have to navigate them while already anxious. The identity had to unify the three specialties while giving each its own voice, and survive every surface a patient encounters: web, print, signage, the mask on the doctor's face.
