The founder's brief: no fashion-magazine drama, no streetwear loudness. Make it feel like a piece of very good workwear. The brand had to survive being screen-printed on a canvas bag, stamped on a hanger tag, and blown up to storefront-poster size without becoming a different thing at each scale.
