This was the studio I worked at. Branding the place where you work is uncomfortable. You notice every compromise. I tried to make it look like how Neo actually works, not how we wanted clients to think we work.

Neo Studio
Neo makes industrial-design and packaging work for clients who are themselves designers, and they judge your portfolio before they agree to a meeting. The studio had no identity of its own; client decks, cards and the website all pulled from different wells. Whatever I built had to hold up to exactly the kind of scrutiny Neo applies to other people's work.
